Private Sessions


We are now booking private classes of Postnatal Yoga for healing as well as Core infused Mommy & Baby Yoga classes. These child-friendly sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or in our space. Classes can be attended as individuals or in small groups. 

What to bring


  • Your Yoga mat (please let us know if you need to borrow)
  • Comfortable un-restrictive clothing for you and baby
  • A re-useable water bottle
  • A small blanket for baby
  • A small toy or pacifier for baby

Doors open 30 minutes prior to class start and will remain open until 30 minutes after classes end. Taxes included, subject to credit card fee. All sales are final, passes expire at the end of the session.  

Baby & Me Yoga


Creating a supportive and nurturing environment for you to return to (or start!) your Yoga practice with your baby by your side. This laid-back class welcomes Yogis of all experience levels and is suitable for new mothers six weeks after delivery up until  your little one is ready to start walking.

 

The many benefits of Postnatal and Baby & Me Yoga include:

  • Strengthens the pelvic floor, back and abdomen
  • Relieves tension through the shoulders and neck
  • Improves posture
  • Promotes relaxation and decreases stress
  • Boosts energy level and rejuvenates the body and mind
  • Creates a safe environment to bond with baby
  • Provides an opportunity to connect with other mothers
  • Routine exercise may prevent postpartum depression (Norman et al. 2010)


Although Postnatal Yoga is one of the safest ways to regain strength after pregnancy, it is recommended that you consult your physician prior to registering for a Baby & Me Yoga session.
