Connect your mind and body in this alignment based class. Build strength, stamina and focus. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Expect to stretch and move through both foundational and playful yoga postures, decoded to ensure healthy alignment for every-BODY. Flow is present but minimal. (mixed level & beginner friendly)


Mondays 7-8PM or Wednesdays 5:30-6:30PM - Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. 


Drop in rate: $15/class 

What to Bring

  • Yoga Mat (please let us know if you need to borrow) 
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable unrestrictive clothing
    • FYI the temperature of the room is held at 70 °F
