Doors open 30 minutes prior to class start and will remain open until 30 minutes after class end. All sales are final (sorry no refunds). All session passes expire at the end of the session. All prices listed include all taxes.

Prenatal Yoga


Yoga postures, asana, during pregnancy will strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid digestion, exercise the spinal column, relieve fatigue and tension and revitalize the internal organs. Yoga can also alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

Breathing practice, pranayama, and mindfulness techniques during pregnancy helps to improve circulation in both mother and baby, ensuring a better supply of oxygen to the blood. It also calms the nerves and gives the mother greater control of her breathing during labour.

Joining a prenatal yoga class is also a great way to meet other pregnant women and become part of a community. By being in a positive, supportive environment with others like you, can give you a regular emotional boost and help reduce your risk of postpartum anxiety and depression.


Although Prenatal Yoga is considered one of the best ways to maintain a healthy pregnancy, it is necessary that you consult your physician before registering for a Prenatal Yoga session.



   Private Session


We are now booking private classes of Prenatal Yoga as well as booking private Yogic Birthing Classes. These sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or in our space. These classes can be attended as individuals or as couples to learn tools for pain management during labour
