Designed for sore bodies who are looking for a way to recover more efficiently, increase mobility and release stress. In this yin style class, you can expect to stay in supportive poses for 3-5 minutes. This style of yoga is also known to work on your mental capacity to endure in tough workouts - and those curve balls life throws at you
This is a safe space for all genders (x) (mixed level & beginner-friendly)
Doors open at 6:45 pm, the class begins at 7 pm.
Foam blocks and straps provided - if you would like more support (if you are feeling really tight), a blanket and two standard pillows (or yoga bolster) from home will take you to yin yoga heaven
