Yoga is the perfect activity for your tween to explore his or her body in a non-competitive environment. Sessions are fun, expressive, and playful.

This is the perfect way for your tween to balance body and mind and build confidence in a safe and supportive setting. Encourages self-love, mindfulness and a healthy connection amongst peers.

Ages 9-13 - All Boys & Girls are welcome!
